    Product Overview

Sodium cyclamate e952 is a synthetic sweetener, which is a colorless, odorless white crystalline powder. According to its physical structure, sodium cyclamate comes in different forms, including powdered cyclamate, needle cyclamate which people call NF-13 flake cyclamate which people call CP-95. It has a clean, saccharin-like sweetness that is 30-50 times sweeter than sucrose, depending on concentration level. Cyclamate solutions have very low viscosity compared to equivalent sucrose solutions. The key physical properties of cyclamate sweeteners are their high sweetness, solubility, stability, and low viscosity. These properties make sodium cyclamate suitable for use as a non-nutritive, high-potency sweetener in a variety of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and tabletop sweetener products.

The main application of Sodium Cyclamate
    • Sodium cyclamate in beverages balances the taste and enhances the sweetness of diet sodas, flavored waters, protein shakes, and alcoholic beverages.
    • Sodium cyclamate in dairy products helps inhibit sugar crystallization, contributing to a creamy texture in frozen desserts.
    • Sodium cyclamate in candy, when mixed with other sweeteners like sucralose, matches the taste of sugar while inhibiting moisture absorption, providing volume and texture.
    • Sodium cyclamate as a tabletop sweetener meets consumer demand for low-calorie, low-carbohydrate sweetening solutions.
    • Sodium cyclamate in oral care products masks bitter active ingredients and imparts sweetness to improve user compliance and experience.
